While on patrol, Officer Derrick Pierce and his partner, Sam Shock, receive a call regarding an ongoing vandalism. Derrick is irritated because he knows the identity of the culprit—Hannah Hays, the daughter of the police chief. As the police approach her and get out of the car, she is obviously a woman on a mission and is not phased. Like every other time, she recognizes them and assumes she'll get away with it. Unafraid of their presence, she raises her hands and waits for them to perform their routine—that is, until she notices the camera. Yes, you read correctly—you cannot avoid punishment THIS time. Derrick won't allow her to elude him once more because he has all the evidence he requires.
